Daniel Rosen, Head of AKQA Mobile - AKQA

Daniel Rosen

As Founder and Head of AKQA Mobile, Daniel has been behind some of the most notable mobile campaigns that have received international recognition, for brands including: Nike, Gap, Coke, Smirnoff, McDonald’s and Visa.  He is frequently called upon by the industry for insights into mobile marketing from Cannes Lions to Mobile World Congress. In March 2009 he was voted by his peers as one of the ‘top 10 mobi thinkers’ globally. Prior to AKQA, Daniel was Managing Director of Associated Newspapers’ successful interactive subsidiary, Greenland. In 2000 he launched 12snap UK’s mobile marketing business running pioneering campaigns with McDonald’s, Coke & Cadbury. He started his mobile career in 1995 as a client side marketer within Orange UK.

Jennifer Byrne, Executive Director, Business Development - VerizonWireless

Jennifer Byrne

As Director, New Business Development at Verizon, Jennifer Byrne is responsible for partnership management, cross-platform business development, social networking, user-generated content, and location based services. In her prior role at Verizon, she was responsible for the on-demand mobile video service called V CAST Videos, which grew to over 3 million subscribers, as well as V CAST Mobile TV linear video service, for which services she secured and launched a number of key exclusives for Verizon. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in business development and content distribution across various media platforms including cable, satellite, broadband, and wireless.

Jeremy Toeman, Founder - Stage Two

Jeremy Toeman is an expert in consumer lifestyle technology. Over the past ten years he has designed, built, and marketed numerous award-winning products in the "convergence" space. Jeremy founded Stage Two in October '06, where he and his team advise companies on product design, go-to-market strategy, messaging/positioning, social media, and PR services. Stage Two clients have included Best Buy, Boxee.TV, NETGEAR, Pogoplug, Clicker.com, Bug Labs, DivX, Electronic Arts (EA), Vudu, and others. Jeremy was also a cofounder of Mediabolic (acquired by Macrovision in 2007), a VP at Sling Media (acquired by Echostar in 2007), founder of Legacy Locker, and on the advisory board of numerous startups and non-profits.

Jim Eadie, Vice President, Digital Distribution - MTV Networks

Jim Eadie is Vice President of Digital Distribution for MTV Networks. In his role, Eadie is responsible for developing content distribution strategies across mobile platforms and cultivating distribution deals with mobile operators, aggregators and emerging media platforms across MTV Networks’ diverse brands, including: CMT, COMEDY CENTRAL, Logo, MTV, Nickelodeon, The N, Spike and VH1, among others.

Scott Prindle, VP, Executive Creative Technology Director - Crispin Porter + Bogusky

Scott Prindle joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky in early 2006 to build out and lead an in-house development team focused on creative collaboration and innovative use of emerging technologies. In the past three years, his teams have helped concept, prototype and develop work for Volkswagen (including a full redesign of vw.com), Burger King, Domino’s, Coke Zero, Sprite, Microsoft, Old Navy and American Express. The work has received numerous awards, including back-to-back Titanium Lions at Cannes for Interactive Agency of the Year. Prior to CP+B, Prindle was a technology director at R/GA Interactive in New York, overseeing architecture and development for Nike (nikeid.com, nikebasketball.com, nikerunning.com and nikewomen.com), Nokia and IBM. While at R/GA, Prindle also relocated briefly to Stockholm to head up technical project management for the ericsson.com global redesign and mobile development effort.

Blending his passion for the digital world with traditional communications skills, Stefan has led many of Nike’s most innovative and cutting edge initiatives, from launching EMEA's new digital platform in 2000, to overseeing all communications for one of Nike’s most comprehensive global football initiatives; The Secret Tournament in 2002. As Global Director of Digital and Content, Stefan Olander was instrumental in bringing Nike plus to life creating a new consumer connection bridging the digital and physical worlds that has changed running forever. In his current role as Global Director Brand Connections he oversees the functions of Advertising, Digital Brand, Media, Content and Business Affairs for the entire Nike Brand.

Tara Scarlett, Senior Manager, CRM and Precision Marketing - Coca-Cola Co.

Tara Scarlett is the Senior Manager Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and Precision Marketing, The Coca-Cola Company. Scarlett has over 14 years experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing with a special emphasis on Consumer Relationship Marketing strategy and execution and most recently Mobile Marketing. Her methodical approach to problem solving has proven valuable for many brands including AT&T, Bloomingdales, Cetaphil, Coca-Cola, Marriott and My Coke Rewards among others. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, she holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts and received a Professional Certificate in CRM 2.0 from BPT Partners. Scarlett is a board member with the CRMA and a Business Leadership Foundation in Tennessee.
