Prior to Payfone, Rodger served as founding CEO of mobile application companies Rave Wireless and Vettro. Before these startups, Rodger was a manager and engineer at Accenture, ExxonMobil and GE. Rodger has also been involved in various mobile phone projects in emerging markets, including disease surveillance in Iraq and Grameen Bank’s micro-financed based Village Phone. He graduated from Rensselaer and attended the Harvard Business School.
