PodServe (so if you search for it, make sure to put the hyphen in there = Pod-Serve)

Sector: podcasting/blogging tools
Headquarters: Dallas, TX
Management: Rodrigo Franco, Brian Oberkirch and Alexander Muse. The website says: “The initial ideas were vamped up by Scott Ryan, Merlin Mann and Rodrigo Franco. The programming team was lead by Rodrigo, and includes Juraci Costa, Adriano Petrich, Giorgio Maone, Kevin Marvin and many other very helpful folks.”
Funding: Private

One tool will let you type your phone number on a Web page and PodServe will call and allow you to record. PodServe will then create and upload the file to the Web.” Oberkirch said PodServe’s corporate clients love the call-in feature for traveling employees to be able to call in and record their conference calls, etc. Private label version for
Seen and Heard: A write-up on TechCrunch is fairly detailed overview. Oberkirch and Muse talked about PodServe, and their other free software applications, on a recent “Inside the Net” podcast. Listen to it here.
