It’s the first time I commented here and I must say you share us genuine, and quality information for bloggers! Good job.
p.s. You have a very good template for your blog. Where did you find it?

I have to give credit to the guys at LA-based CitrusByte for their help on the website. That said – the entire site is WordPress.

Here’s hoping that Greystripe sticks with GameJump for quite a while instead of spending a ton of time trying to convince the pre-existing mobile ecosystem to adopt their tech. They’ll be much more successful than spending two years trying to negotiate with a new carrier.

I don’t understand the copyright issues with Plusmo. Knowing how hard it is to license content from well-known brands by startups, it hard to believe there’s no legal issues involved.

Let’s take an example: Dilbert comics. I get them for free for my phone through Plusmo – great. I’m likely to recommend the service for my friends. But what does Scott Adams get for this? Does Plusmo really have a permission to deliver Dilbert to my phone?

Fair disclosure: I’m with Jangl.

Kudos to all of the winners, and especially Greystripe, nice job!

Jangl was invited to participate, and was so very tempted, but at the end of the day, we simply felt that we weren’t quite “UTR” enough to fairly take part. Yes, we are proud of our start-up status, and yes, we’re equally proud of our Jangl Match.com deal and our recent US service roll-out.

Those things, in our mind, disqualified us from attending, so we opted out of presenting but witnessed so many of these great presentations.

Thanks to ALL of these companies for their huge wisdom and exciting presentations. If we didn’t get a chance to meet today, please contact me at tim at jangl.com. Thank you again, what a great day.

These are very interesting and I will enjoy looking at some of these names I don’t recognize. As a teacher who teaches blogging, I always emphasize to my students the importants of creating rich text documents using hyperlinks. If they refer to a company or information source, I require them to hyperlink to the source. Why did you not include hyperlinks in this post, it is going to be cumbersome to check them out? Just wondering if there is a reason that I should be aware of as I teach?

In this inter-connected, gonna-be-Web-2.0-any-day-now world, you publish lists of best startups, and the lists don’t contain links to their web sites?
